The ROOTED Journey

ROOTED is a discipleship journey—a season intentionally set apart to learn how to walk closely with Jesus, listen to the Holy Spirit, and live a life shaped by faithful obedience. This journey is not about completing a program, but about allowing your life to be formed over time through daily rhythms of prayer, Scripture, worship, community, and service.
Formation for Leadership
ROOTED prepares students to lead—not through position or performance, but
through character, conviction, and responsibility.
As students learn to follow Jesus closely, they also learn to lead their
own lives well, serve others faithfully, and take ownership in the work God
entrusts to them. Leadership is formed through humility, consistency, and
obedience in ordinary moments.
Students leave ROOTED better equipped to lead in their families,
churches, workplaces, and communities.
Pathways Through the Journey
ROOTED offers two ways to step into this season, depending on the time and capacity you are able to commit.
Full-Year Journey
A full year allows space for depth, consistency, and lasting formation.
Over time, spiritual rhythms become settled practices rather than
short-term disciplines. Relationships deepen, character is shaped through daily
obedience, and growth unfolds patiently rather than through intensity alone.
We have consistently seen that those who are able to commit to a full
year experience a deeper rooting in their walk with Jesus—one that continues to
bear fruit well beyond the journey itself.
For
those who are able, the full-year journey is strongly encouraged.
Half-Year Journey
The half-year journey offers a focused season of discipleship within the
same formative rhythms and community life.
This option provides space to grow in intimacy with Jesus, strengthen
spiritual practices, and walk in obedience alongside others, while committing
to a shorter time frame.
Both pathways begin in January and July, allowing students to join at the appropriate time.
